浙江大學管理學院求是特聘教授。曾任中山大學嶺南(大學)學院管理學教授,北京大學心理學系副教授。北京大學心理學系應用心理學專業博士(2004),從事應用心理學的教學和科研工作。美國心理學會會員,美國人力資源協會會員,中國心理學會會員。2002年5月赴美國加州大學伯克利分校短期訪問。2011年3月-2012年3月赴美國馬里蘭大學訪問學者。
國家自然科學基金委杰出青年基金獲得者,珠江學者特聘教授,教育部長江學者青年學者。
2013年入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才計劃”。
